When investing in Spain there are two types of investment to consider, buying “off-plan” for maximum capital growth or long term rental income. Here are the benefits of both: -

Why buy "off-plan"?

Purchasing “off-plan” investment property in the right areas of Spain can be extremely profitable, especially if you purchase in the early stages and resell before completion once the prices have risen.

Off-plan investment property in Spain is sold by the developer and released in phases throughout the construction. Most property developments have a construction time of 12-24 months, buying early on guarantees you a fixed price.
