when applying for a Spanish mortgage?
When applying for a Spanish mortgage
the procedure is the same as the UK, you will need
to provide identity and proof of earnings ie,
Employed:-
Last 3 pay slips
Recent bank statement
Identification – passport
Self Employed:-
At least last 2 years accounts
A report from your accountant
Recent tax return
Bank statement
Identification - passport
This will always be explained to
you before you leave home, if you have booked a Viewing
Trip (if not before at your request).
